Christian Halili – Photographer / Cinematographer
Christian Halili is one of the most prolific photographer and cinematographers in the Philippines. As a Fine Arts graduate of the University of the Santo Tomas, he possesses the requisite visual acuity to frame excellent still and moving images. He refined his skill in advertising photography under Raul Montifar and with the legendary Boy Yniguez in cinematography.
Putting his innate skills and superior training into practice, Christian built up an advertising portfolio that includes top brands in the automotive, real estate, cosmetics, personal care, home care, and telecommunications industries. His photographic works have appeared in the country’s leading magazines—including Cosmopolitan, Preview, Rogue, Esquire, Town & Country, TopGear, Yes, Men’s Health, Women’s Health, and Forbes—as well as commissioned coffeetable books.
His awards include Honorable Mention for his work entitled “Liquid” at the PX3 Photographie de Paris 2008, two Anvil Awards of Excellence (2009 and 2012), and a GMA7 MTV Awards 2007 for Best Videography, 2018 Asian Spikes Awards, 2018 Summit Congress Award, Quill Award for Insular Life Annual Report 2019, Kantar Creative and Effectiveness Awards Pilipinas 2021, Shortlisted WARC Awards for Asian Strategy 2021, IABC Gold Quill Awards Winner 2023 as lead photographer UST Honora Medicum Coffee Table Book.
